Bikini Prep 2020: Week 4
Updated: Aug 16, 2020
Hello!
I'm glad that you are back to read about my bikini prep journey.
I'm pleased to report that this week was BORING. Wait. What? Boring? Yes, very much so. And that's good for me. When I go out and have too much fun I can go over the top with my food choices. I had some stressful situations that involved my kid and his daycare, but we already took care of it. Life is good!
Check-in

Week 5 or 6 should be more interesting. Dieting is not a magic trick or a quick fix. If done correctly, it should take time. That being said, this is the way diets work. You don't necessarily see any differences right away. And that's when people get frustrated. I AM one of those people, sometimes. But I have enough experience to understand that I have to trust the process.
Weight
No changes. Still at 146. I won't change anything about my macros yet.
If you follow us on Instagram and Facebook, you know I started sharing more stories about my recipes and nutrition. I love sharing these so you can have ideas that are macro-friendly and still taste delicious. I am Latina (Puerto Rican) so we need our food to taste really really tasty. This week I shared a story about how I marinate steaks and the response was great.
If your food doesn't taste good, good luck with your dieting phase.
