How about that makeup in 10 minutes
Updated: Oct 2, 2020
Simple yet gorgeous bronzy look that will get you out of your house in no time!
I know there are many of you out there that don’t like to spend much time on your makeup routine. I love makeup so much that I can spend hours without noticing how long it takes me to finish because makeup for me is a way to relax and let my creativity flow.
But, I understand not everyone has the time for that. That's why I’m going to help you simplify the steps to get your face ready to go in 10 minutes. A simple makeup look can be done pretty quickly if we organize everything by steps. At first, it might take you a little bit longer but with practice you will get this done in no time.
Your makeup always should be applied after your skin care products including your SPF lotion! Let them dry completely before you apply anything else.
Ready? Let's go!!!
This should take you about 3 min.
Apply 1 big dot of concealer on each eyelid and blend with a blending sponge. Color should be close to your skin tone or 1 shade lighter.
With an eye-shadow applicator, apply a bronze eye-shadow on your eyelids. Make sure you don’t pass your eyelid fold.
On your eyelids fold, apply a lighter color (same color tones).
Apply a very thin line of black eye-shadow as close as you can to your upper eyelashes.(you can use the tip of applicator).
With a blending brush, blend the light color with the bronze color. Starting on the outer corner of your eyes moving the brush towards the inner corner, making little circular movements.
This should take about 2 minutes.
Brush your eyebrows on the same direction they grow with a spool brush.
With a brow pencil that is 1 shade lighter than your natural eyebrows color, apply little strokes of color where your eyebrows are too sparse. If you are not an expert just follow the shape of your eyebrows and fill them were needed. If they are good, you can skip this part and just apply clear mascara.
Brush your eyebrows again to “soften the lines” and apply clear mascara. This time brush the eyebrows up.
This should take about 5 minutes
Using your middle finger, apply 4 dots of foundation on each cheek and 4 on the forehead.
Apply 1 dot of foundation on chin, nose and upper lips.
Using a foundation brush, move the foundation upwards starting in your chin moving towards your cheeks, temple, forehead and nose.
Apply 3 dots of concealer on each under-eye area to cover dark circles/brighten up and two small dots on the bridge of your nose.
Blend the dots by tapping with a blending sponge (needs to be damp).
Blend foundation with concealer together by taping all your face with the blending sponge.
Apply translucent setting powder all around your face and set the under eye area.
Apply bronzer or blush by keeping it 2 fingers away from the tip of your nose. You can add a bit of bronzer on the side of your nose (but only if color isn't too dark).
Apply your mascara and lipstick!
Apply highlighter on the highest point of your cheeks, starting on the outer side of your pupil.
Voila! You just gave yourself a simple yet gorgeous look! You can follow this steps with any eye-shadow color you like. Play with how dark and deep you want the eye-shadow. The more you practice the better you will get at it. Practice makes your perfect self even more perfect!
These are some of the products #foundonamazon I like. They are a good option when saving some money is a priority. Always remember, looking fabulous doesn’t always have to cost a fortune.

Remember, any makeup look will look as great as your skin does. Makeup is meant to cover imperfections and to balance skin color but it doesn’t cover skin texture. You can use products meant to target some of the most common skin texture problems but it's just a temporary solution and they don’t always work.
I hope you found these steps easy to do. If you try it, let me know how it goes. I would love to hear from you! Remember don’t get discouraged if doesn’t work the first time. Practice makes perfect!
See you next time!
